A West Virginia man who was allegedly exposed to asbestos while working for Union Carbine Corporation from 1949 to 1980 filed a lawsuit after he was diagnosed with mesothelioma cancer more than a quarter of a century later. The asbestos lawsuit claims 81 defendants “manufactured, assembled, supplied, distributed or sold the asbestos products,” according to information provided by the mesothelioma lawyers of Cooney and Conway.
